OptifiNow Now Integrates with Google Workspace

OptifiNow clients can now connect their Google Workspace account directly to OptifiNow, creating a seamless connection between Gmail, Google Calendar, and the contacts and accounts they manage every day.

The new Google Workspace integration automatically synchronizes email and calendar activity with OptifiNow, helping users keep their CRM activity up to date without having to manually enter every interaction.

Bring Gmail Activity Into OptifiNow Automatically

Once a user connects their Google Workspace account, OptifiNow automatically synchronizes Gmail messages associated with contacts in the CRM.

When an email is sent or received in Gmail, OptifiNow looks for a matching contact and posts the message directly to that contact’s record. This gives users a more complete history of their communication without requiring them to copy, forward, or manually log emails.

Users can also work with Gmail directly from OptifiNow. From a contact record, they can click the email icon to create a new Gmail message or use the reply icon to respond to a message that has already been synchronized.

All synchronized Gmail messages can also be searched using the search box within the Email tab of the Contact Detail, making it easier to find previous conversations when they are needed.

Just as importantly, Gmail messages sent and received are automatically tracked as valid activities within OptifiNow. This means email engagement can contribute to activity-based workflows such as account classification, salesperson follow-up priorities, and determining the last time a contact or account was engaged.

Keep Google Calendar and OptifiNow in Sync

The Google Calendar integration works in much the same way.

During synchronization, OptifiNow identifies calendar appointments associated with contacts in the CRM and displays those appointments throughout the platform. Upcoming meetings can appear on the Home Page Appointments panel, the Mini Calendar, and directly on the appropriate Contact record.

Users can also create appointments from within OptifiNow and have them automatically added to their Google Workspace calendar.

The result is a more connected view of customer activity, allowing users to see both email conversations and scheduled meetings without constantly switching between systems.

For sales teams, keeping CRM activity accurate is often one of the biggest challenges. Conversations happen in email, appointments are scheduled on calendars, and users may not always remember to manually record every interaction.

By connecting Google Workspace with OptifiNow, much of that activity can now be captured automatically.
