Introducing Mega Accounts: Built for Large Broker Relationship

In wholesale lending, large broker organizations rarely fit into a simple one-account, one-AE model. As many lenders grow their TPO channels, they’re finding that a single broker account often requires support from multiple Account Executives across regions, branches, or production teams.
That’s why OptifiNow built our new Mega Account Feature.
Mega Accounts were designed specifically for wholesale lenders that work with large-volume broker partners and need a more scalable way to manage relationships inside the OptifiNow CRM.
The Challenge Wholesale Lenders Face
Traditionally, CRM assignment models assume that one broker account equals one assigned AE. While that works for smaller brokers, it becomes difficult when managing large organizations with dozens — or even thousands — of loan officers.
To compensate, many lenders have been forced into inefficient workarounds such as:
Splitting a single brokerage into multiple accounts
Creating duplicate branch records
Limiting collaboration between AEs
Managing inconsistent reporting and visibility
These workarounds create operational complexity, data fragmentation, and a less efficient experience for both sales teams and broker partners.
What Mega Accounts Solve
Mega Accounts allow lenders to maintain one centralized broker account while assigning different contacts within that account to different AEs.
This means:
Multiple AEs can support the same broker organization
Loan officers can be assigned to the appropriate AE
Sales managers maintain centralized account oversight
Reporting and visibility remain accurate
Marketing and communication reflect the correct AE-contact relationship
Instead of forcing lenders to restructure broker organizations inside the CRM, Mega Accounts allow the CRM to reflect how wholesale sales teams actually operate.
How It Works
Once an account is designated as a Mega Account, OptifiNow separates:
Account-level ownership
Contact-level ownership
The broker organization remains a single account, while individual contacts and loan officers can be independently assigned to different Account Executives.
Managers retain oversight and reassignment capabilities, while AEs only see and manage the contacts assigned to them. Existing workflows for standard accounts remain unchanged.
The feature also maintains compatibility with:
LOS synchronization
Existing visibility and permission structures
Reporting and analytics
Email marketing assignment logic
Mega Accounts is another example of how OptifiNow listens to the needs of our clients. This feature reflects the operational realities of wholesale mortgage lending, where enterprise broker relationships often require collaborative sales coverage across multiple AEs.
As wholesale lenders continue scaling their broker networks, Mega Accounts provide the flexibility needed to support larger relationships without sacrificing data integrity, visibility, or operational efficiency.
